About B7 Collective

A small company in Germantown, Maryland, started in 2024.

What we do

B7 Collective is the company behind Better Care Project, SchoolOpEx and Keystone Pathways, along with a few independent apps. Each has its own audience and its own home on the web. B7 Collective keeps them under one roof and holds them to the same standards.

Most of our work is for people who tend to get overlooked: patients and families trying to get good care, small schools and homeschool co-ops, and small businesses and nonprofits without an IT department. They usually end up with either nothing or tools built for organizations ten times their size.

Better Care Project is our patient empowerment initiative. Its aim is better care, and better access to care, for patients and the families who look after them. It starts with senior living and long-term care, where families often end up holding everything together. Guides, printables and free apps like Health Trail are the first pieces of that work.

How we make money

Some of what we make is free for good, including everything from Better Care Project. Other products, like SchoolOpEx, will be paid. When something costs money, the price is clear and fair. We don't use microtransactions, dark patterns or features designed to keep you hooked.

How we work

Your data stays yoursNo ads, and we never sell what people trust us with.
Straightforward pricingClear prices up front. No microtransactions, upsell traps or features built to keep you hooked.
Honest about where things standIf something isn't finished yet, we say so.
In it for the long runWe keep supporting the things people come to depend on.
